Cancellations for shifts will still follow the 24-hour cancellation policy which requires the whole shift to paid if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Regular, overtime and special hourly rates still apply.

Casual Services Fine Print
Babysitting is any shift after 5pm that does not require transportation.
Nanny on Call are any daytime shifts or shifts that include transportation.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Last minute bookings, with less than 24 hour notice will have an additional $20 booking fee for non-members.
Cancellations for shifts will still follow the 24-hour cancellation policy which requires the whole shift to be paid if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Membership subscriptions auto-renew every month. Client is able to cancel subscription via their online dashboard at any time.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Hotel care, on request, will come with a personalized FUN BAG of activities to be used during the scheduled shift.
Hotel care is subject to parking reimbursement.
